Commission for a client who required a London headshot with a subtle retail background. We shot this on the ground floor of One New Change and used the exterior lighting from the stores to create an interesting and slightly quirky backdrop for his LinkedIn profile photo.
Commission for Stamford Partners LL at their offices in Berkeley Square. They were keen to have their headshots taken at their Mayfair premises as this meant their directors and staff would only be away from their desks for a maximum of 10 mins. We shot all their people in under an hour and delivered the high res headshots the following day.
Recent time lapse video for Miles Smith Ltd at their offices in One America Square. Along with reshooting all their staff headshots and capturing general corporate generic office images, they asked us to create a time lapse video to run on their homepage.
Commission for Lone Star Europe Acquisitions LLP at their offices in Queen Anne Street. They asked us to send over our top corporate photographer in London to capture some formal headshots and some informal more relaxed meeting style portraits. The traditional headshots were for use in marketing material and the more candid style photos were to be used for business social media such as LinkedIn.
The standard headshot used to be taken against a white or black background and was mainly used for internal corporate material. With online business profiles becoming increasingly important the need for clients to appear professional and approachable has become prominent. We are finding that businesses are focusing on a more real aspect to their headshots showing their people within a business environment and looking more relaxed and natural.
